Clean COLORBOND® steel combined with proprietary technology BlueScope Steel plated metal-ZINCALUME zinc / aluminum alloy coated steel as the base substrate. ZINCALUME Steel consists of a coating composition of 43.5% zinc, 55.0% and 1.5% Aluminum Silicon. The minimum coating mass of 150g / m2 (AZ1501) offers uggul corrosion performance in varied conditions, when compared to other metal coated steel.
Metal Coated Steel is steel plated which is a mixture of zinc and aluminum with high resistance to corrosion long service life and easy to set up. A brilliant invention that first launched in the US in 1976. Penelitihan and deep development shows that the composition of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc and!, 5% Silicon gives the best results in corrosion resistance. Has been experimentally years that Zicaluminium-Coated Steel has Atmospheric corrosion resistance two to six times better than zinc coated steel (galvanized), depending on the environmental conditions
